Ashley my cashier/server she ALWAYS has had a beautiful spirit even when answering the phone taking orders. I knew immediately it was her that took my order on tonight, especially the way she addressed me; she addresses me by Queen, the name I give restaurant when I order food. Ashley addressed me with grace. I’m almost certain that it isn’t just me she addresses like that; and I pop love that for her! She should get some form of recognition if she doesn’t already and or become a manager if she solely wants that position; BIG BLESSINGS to Ashley As for I have not been disappointed with the service nor the food ESPECIALLY the fresh ready to order chicken I’m from the west side of Chicago and I come all the way over east to Red Roosters to get my chicken!!! I haven’t found a place on the Westside with well seasoned and fresh chicken yet! I been so eager to get to Red Roosters for the past 2 weeks to where as when I made it out there I sat in my car and ate some of my food right then and there; I couldn’t wait till I made it home. Fast and tasty. Reasonably priced. If you're looking for a fast and tasy burger this is the spot. Called it in and drove about 5 minutes to pick it up. By the time i paid my order was ready . I would definitely definitely come back again.

I love the customer service, The food, and the restaurant atmosphere…me and my family go here every weekend they have very good specials and the prices are reasonable, my husband even watch the football game while we eat…it’s 5stars for me

Ordered 6pc chicken wings at 10:30, the cashier guy was extremely outgoing and friendly. Food was ready quick, tasted great!
